We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. Bear must be damaged in any way in order to qualify for a full return.
To be eligible for a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We'd pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error due to Shipping mistakes, for example, if you received the wrong items or processing & fulfillment errors. In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged item; we will gladly replace it within 20 days of the date of purchase.

Preserve Roses and Preserved Rose Box Arrangements are FINAL sales. Due to the nature of the handmade preserved roses and for sanitary purposes, there are no returns or exchanges on rose arrangements. We are unable to offer order cancellations or refunds after we have begun processing the transaction. In the event the order has not been fulfilled, we can refund the order back to your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
