Shipping policy

Standard Domestic Shipping 

Please allow 1-2 days for us to process and ship your order. 

We ship via  FedEx, USPS OR UPS. Once your order is out for delivery, and in courier possession, B Roses New York is not held responsible for any late or early delivery encounter by the courier.

Change of address for shipping

Shipping address change must be done before the order has been fulfilled and before the shipping label has been created. If we can not change the shipping address once the order has been fulfilled, you can reach out to the shipping carrier for an alternative solution.

No cancellations once the shipping label has been generated. Your order will be shipped. Please refer to our Refund policy.
